This project is located at Naplo beach, 60 km from Lima. The lot is situated on the top of a hill where you can find a beautiful view of the beach. The soil is composed by sand but when you get deeper, you can find a very hard stone that will be used to cover the pavement of the house. In the white box we placed the social areas with a great view of the pool and the beach. You can go down to the swimming pool by the steps that serve also as sittings to enjoy the sunset and the view of the beach.
