This project is located in an emerging commercial and retail area in Mississippi.  The conceptual challenge was to demonstrate visually how the front portion of an old commercial building could be demolished, and then retro-fitted to create retail space along with room for large parking lots and future retail pads.

The building already had a brick coating and our design team creatively added and blended limestone in order to create attractive entrances to the stores. The visual project was designed to host two restaurants and three well-known retail stores.
